Order Delivery Information

We want to make sure you receive your order smoothly! Here’s what to expect for digital and print book deliveries:

Digital Books (eBooks & Audiobooks)

Digital books are delivered instantly via BookFunnel to the email address you provided at checkout. If you don’t see the email, please check your Spam folder or, if using Gmail, your Promotions tab.

Print Books

Print books are shipped either by a print-on-demand provider or directly from the author, as noted on the product page.

• Print-on-Demand Orders: Since these are produced and shipped by third-party providers, delivery times may vary and are outside of the author's control.

• Author-Shipped Orders: If your book is shipping directly from the author, it will be packed and sent within 3-5 business days. Delivery time depends on the shipping carrier.

Holiday & Peak Season Shipping

We do our best to ship orders within 2 business days, but during busy seasons, processing times may be longer.

Christmas Shipping Notice: We ship until December 22, then pause until December 30 to spend time with our families.
