Digital Goods (eBooks & Audiobooks)
Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to offer refunds on eBooks and audiobooks, as they are delivered instantly upon purchase. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.
Physical Goods
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or duplicate purchases. However, if you receive a faulty item, we’re happy to help! Please contact us at info@dianaorgain.com within 7 days of delivery (as indicated by tracking) so we can assist you.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refused Packages
If a package is refused upon delivery and we are charged a return fee, that amount—along with the original shipping cost—will be deducted from any applicable refund.
